Job Title: Instructional Designer SUMMARY Designs and develops collateral and materials to support Learning Center learning solutions, trainings and services based upon existing analysis of learning and development needs. Ability to manage specified projects from initiation through delivery of learning solution is required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, development and implement solutions to address specific learning and development needs based on company and departmental goals and priorities. Analysis of tasks, learners, business, and subject matter for programs identified for use in Learning and Development.
Manage all assigned instructional design project tasks from conception to conclusion.
Recommend content, sequence, and a systems approach to suit situation and learners, including face-to-face instruction, group work, multimedia tutorials, Web casts, video, ...
